Brookfield Duece arrived on the hip-hop scene in the early 2000′s as Duece, a 20 year old rapper whose style provided a chilled, lyrical, storytelling alternative to the rising street dance influenced sound controlling the Bay Area. With soul samples, 808 drums, and funk strings under detailed lyrical ability taught to him by his late cousin Eugene Vasquez from Rochester, NY, Duece brought a message in every song while having both a west and east coast feel. Being the best of both worlds in style put Duece on the frontline in re building an underground hip-hop subculture for the Bay Area.

In 2016, Duece moved from Oakland to Portland to engage with his heaviest fanbase area while continuing to record and build for a debut mainstream release. Continue to look for new things from this artist in 2016.
