Dr. Gregory D. S. Anderson is founder and Director of Living Tongues Institute for Endangered Languages. Dr. Anderson has degrees in Linguistics from Harvard (AB) and University of Chicago (PhD). He is an expert in endangered languages and the structure and history of languages from across the globe. He has worked with speakers of endangered minority languages in their communities from every continent. He is the author of eleven books and more than eighty academic articles. Dr. Anderson is a National Geographic Society Fellow and was the subject of the critically acclaimed film The Linguists.
