Three activities will focus on learning through touch as a language, two with clay as a medium. One exercise will hit the fast-forward button on the creative process as participants sculpt a three-dimensional “sketchbook” of mini-sculptures. The second activity will explore communication by collaboration and teamwork. The third will combine touch and sound and hopefully synchronicity! By constraining or expanding variables like time and/or material, these activities will inspire greater potentials not just as singular objects but also as a collective experience.

Presented as part of Anna Craycroft’s C’mon Language project and the TBA:13 Festival. For more details on weekly events, visiting artists and scholars, and other related events, please visit the C’mon Language event page below.
