Kristin Lené Hole teaches in the Film Department at Portland State University. Her book Towards a Feminist Cinematic Ethics: Claire Denis, Emmanuel Levinas and Jean-Luc Nancy was published in 2016 (Edinburgh University Press). She is also the co-editor of the Routledge Companion to Cinema and Gender (2017). Her forthcoming project is a textbook entitled Film Feminisms: A Global Introduction (Routledge, 2018).
